Note: (1) completed on train ride back to home from la to oc. (2) the nice thing about this short verse is that I find it interesting to play, though still didn’t get it from the original one, of which its subtletiness is its beauty to give us much space to model and remodel to what you like….thanks, bless, and cheers.

A foot-long sub

with pickle taste.

It's not my type of food;

but when hungry in the States,

I must take

It's a subway, not a sideway.

If you have too many excuses

you should take

a subway, but not one of sideways that

you can turn back.

Subway is underground.

In your journey you must take

a hidden pass to your end.

But once it goes down to the bottom,

it may cause you stomach ache.

Oh, it was New York's subway,

not the sideway to LA.

When I drank to a highway

with sour whisky on rocks,

wow, this is nice and sweet. if it is put with creative music, that will be fantastic. we might need to find musician some day. it seems everyone is a poet and we know why. btw: you like sour-dough bread. it just sour that i try not to take if i may for the sake of not right taste to please my stomache. if it is another brand with herb smell (can't remember the name), i would definitely skip. pls take this as a compliment. thanks, best regards, bless, and cheers.
