Winter Jasmine
The early messenger of the yet spring,
Blossoming yellow flowers, you begin
In harsh world to send a good hope
Covering grieves passed, through groan.
Long bowing branches with little leaves
Off the winter’s chili you silently do sweep.
As crawling along the long pavilion we depart
The greened shadows can be seen from afar?
Delicate yellow petals here and there
Singin’ a melody that burns the boring;
Blinkin’ ‘nd grinnin’ to me, those flares
On the bald winter’s ground I am seeing.
May you pick up handful and handful on a hill,
If a real spring comes ‘nd a breeze blows a thrill.
