As what you can see here, we really had some fun time doing the AGY (anti-gravity yoga)~~! :)

Some people asks me why I added yoga and barre in my workout routine, and many more wrote to me looking for the “right fitness routine” that leads to optimal results.

But, guess what? There isn’t one!

There is a set of basic fitness principles that apply to everyone. These principles can be arranged a million different ways to create a “method” of doing things.

Personally, I do not believe the idea of “right routines”. That limits our thinking. That locks us into a set way of doing things. Knowing how amazingly adaptive our bodies are, it should be common sense that a set “routine” is not the smartest choice in fitness.

Rather, understanding the basic principles that apply to everyone is paramount in my opinion. It’s the freedom of fitness~!

Talking about basic principles, I’d love to share all my learning and experience with all of you along the way. In this post, let me first highlight my “fitness formula“.

A=Good Nutrition (depends on your training goal)

B=Weight Training

C=Cardio

D=Stretching (AGY and other yoga fit in right here)

E=Excellent Health and Great Physique

A+B+C+D=E

There is no certain routines/plans that you have to follow, as long as you incorporate those four keys in your workout, you are on the right way to achieve your fitness goal.

And, there is one more thing: remember, all routines/plans lead to plateaus (eventually), so stay on your toes and modifications will have to be made along the way~~~~
